How quickly will my order be delivered?

How soon will you install my new phone system?

This depends on stock availability, installation engineer availability and any additional technical requirements. We will endeavour to provide you with a prompt and efficient installation service. Please note that depending on the nature of the installation, it may be necessary for one of our representatives to visit your site prior to installation.

In addition to this we will be pleased to offer full refunds or replacements for products that are damaged while in transit to you, or malfunction within the guarantee period through no fault of your own. Any installation work carried out by Fortknoxis Telecom Solutions also carries a 1 month guarantee. Usually , if anything malfunctions it usually happens in 10 days. We give that extra , because we are Fortknoxis Telecom solutions and we believe that voice and data should be treated with the golden touch.

How do I return an item to you?

Fortknoxis Telecom Solutions will be pleased to accept any product returns that are returned using the correct procedure outlined in the Returns Policy section of our website. You can access this section by clicking on the link above or from the link placed at the bottom of the Fortknoxis Telecom Solutions home page.

How long will it be before I receive a refund for any items that I return?

If you have followed the correct returns procedure outlined in our Returns Policy section, then we will endeavour to deal with your return within 48 hours. If everything is deemed in order then a full refund will be despatched to you straight away. If there are any problems with the item/s returned then our staff will contact you immediately and inform you of the situation. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable and it is advisable to take out insurance on the item/s to be returned, as Fortknoxis Telecom Solutions will not be held responsible for any damaged caused while in transit to our company.

What experience do your engineers have in installing telephone systems?

This all depends on your company’s circumstances and budget. Of course cordless phone systems do come at premium compared to a more traditional telephone system. Here at Fortknoxis Telecom Solutions we endeavour to keep costs to a minimum without sacrificing product quality or service standards. So you can rest assured that a state of the art digital phone system may not come at as high a premium as you may have first thought. As far as reliability is concerned, today’s modern digital phone systems are no less reliable than an analogue system.
