The Google Redirect Virus is one of the latest threats to the internet, infecting thousands of computers over night, the Google Redirect Virus has already caused havoc across the internet, with thousands of people being unable to use their computer properly due to the virus. First things first, why is it called the Google Redirect Virus?
Well, it’s the name this virus has “picked up”, mainly because it’s most noticeable because it’ll redirect your search engine results, it won’t just redirect your Google results, it’ll do the same thing to all search engines, which is why I find it strange it’s picked up the name Google Redirect Virus, instead of search engine virus, but I suppose it’s because Google is the biggest search engine.
