Human Resources Consultants

FocusedHR is a Human Resources consulting firm servicing the GTA area.  We are currently looking for consultants to assist with projects in the areas of:

  • Health and Safety
  • Policy Development
  • Talent Management (Attraction and Retention strategies)
  • Performance Management Development
  • Workplace Legislation Compliance
       

Responsibilities:

The chosen consultant would meet with clients and work on projects.

Have superior customer service skills, counsel clients and provide project deliverables.

Ability to work from home 


Qualifications:

Degree in Human Resources or equivalent

5- 10 years of Human Resources experience

Past experience in consulting would be considered an asset

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Project Management skills
